We initially chose David to take care of our cat because he had been a former USPCA officer and had been in the pet care business for many years. It was a good decision. David proved to be reliable, trustworthy and caring about our cat. The circumstances were fairly unusual. Our cat had moved into our garden more than fifteen years ago, looking for food and shelter. However, he always refused to come into the house and kept his distance from any strangers. David coped admirably with the grumpy old fella. The cat even allowed David to stroke and talk to him.
